It does not take a brain surgeon to figure out that our world is in a crisis.  We have seen a tremendous rise in all kinds of diseases, natural disasters and outrageous fires in the west.  Earthquakes are on the rise, not to mention the hurricanes in the south and most of all a rising crisis in flu pandemics.  At Gems of Health we are very aware of the impact that such disasters have on our lives, not to mention our health.  In order to survive all this, we believe that a simple and healthful lifestyle can afford us a definite advantage in counteracting the influence of all these negative incidences and aid us in taking care of ourselves and our families.
